Front-end Software Engineer

We are looking for new energy in our Front End team. We require an experienced engineer to join us immediately on a current system that
we have designed and are developing in house for one of our long-term clients which is a market leader in the automotive industry.

To start with, you will join our team on the further development of the application used for the configuration of the complete system  that is already under development in OtaCo. Involved in this system development project, we currently have 8 engineers organized in 3 teams responsible for the complete design, development, testing and implementation for our customer.

In accordance with previous experience, front-end engineers in our team are responsible for

  • Analysis of client requirements and systems
  • Documented system design (from architecture throughout GUI)
  • System implementation after alignment with a client
  • System testing in cooperation with QA team
  • System deployment with initial support after go-live

You are perfect fit if you posses

  • University degree in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or automation
  • 5+ years of experience in development of software application with multi-user interfaces in real-time environment
  • Thorough understanding and proficiency related to Angular's functionality and capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and HTML/CSS
  • Excellent knowledge in development of Web APIs (REST | gRPC | graphQL)
  • Experience in systems' performance optimization
  • Experience in C# and .Net frameworks
  • Engineering logic in problem solving
  • Ability to perceive the larger picture
  • Ability to work in a team
  • English language proficiency

 

You are not expected to know everything upfront.
For us is important that you have good foundational knowledge, an analytical way of thinking, and the right attitude. All the rest can be easily taught.
